DNA and Research Working Together
Jeffrey Bockman
This program will explore various methods to discover distant cousins whose DNA can help solve genealogy research problems. It will show how Y-DNA tests (DNA passed down from father to son) and the Johnson DNA Project, along with research and standard autosomal DNA tests (DNA passed down from both mother and father), are helping to organize a branch of his family tree. The program will also explore transferring Ancestry results to other sites like FamilyTreeDNA and Gedmatch.com for additional reports and tools.
