You’ve heard the BIG stories, stories about the fires, the crimes, the Eastland, the World’s Fairs, the famous and infamous. It’s time to see the city anew.

A city is made up of thousands of stories. Stories of the people. Stories of the neighborhoods. Small stories of often forgotten men, women, and places.

Storyteller William Pack presents a program like no other, a collection of short stories that add texture and depth to your understanding of the true life and history of Chicago and celebrates the surprising people who lived and died in the city of big shoulders.

Event schedule:

11:30 Socializing and cash bar

12 noon Luncheon followed by brief business meeting and the program

Luncheon reservations $ 26 per person, including guests. Orders will be taken at the table.  No selection is needed with registration.

Menu choices will be:

Hackneyburger®, Breast of Chicken Sandwich, Reuben Sandwich, or vegetarian option.

All with a salad and coffee, iced or hot tea, or soft drinks.
